SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

All shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery destination as well as the size and weight of your order. This will be calculated and invoiced after your order has been confirmed. 

 

If you would like a quote prior to confirming your order please email emily@thestylecollective.nz with the product name/s, along with your delivery address. Otherwise, you will be notified of the additional shipping costs when your order is processed. Shipping costs will be invoiced and  paid prior to dispatching your order.

 

Please allow 10 working days for delivery of in stock items from the time that your order is confirmed and payment has cleared. 

 

Please allow extra time when ordering prints as these are printed and framed to order. 

 

Our products are dispatched directly from our supplier partners, we do our best to ensure availability, but on occasion items may be out of stock without our prior knowledge. For any out of stock items we will email you with an ETA. If the item has an extended lead time (more than 12 weeks) you will have the option to cancel your order with a full refund.

RETURNS

 

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss options. Provided that the product/s are in original condition, unused and are accompanied with their original packaging and receipt. For final sale items, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds, unless the product is faulty.

 

If you believe an item to be faulty, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery of your order.

 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

If the product is faulty we will contact the supplier immediately to discuss return options. If a product is out of stock with an extended lead time of more than 12 weeks we will refund the purchase price. If the product has been damaged in transit please notify us immediately and we will contact the delivery provider to resolve any claims. Please note that claims must be made within seven days of delivery of the item.

 

While we’re sure you will love the product, if you change your mind an exchange of goods or credit note is at the discretion of THE STYLE COLLECTIVE. Proof of purchase will be required to return or exchange the product, and if a credit note is issued it will not include the shipping fee. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, or outside the 7 day return period. Please ensure the item is safely and securely packaged.
