FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We understand that property staging may be a new concept to you so we have put together a list of our most asked questions. If we have missed anything or you still have a question please get in touch.
How long will my property be staged, are your packages for a set timeframe?
Our staging packages are for a fixed time of 5 weeks. This is usually enough time for a marketing campaign.
What if I need my property staged for longer?
We understand that there may be times when you need the property staged for longer than 5 weeks. If this is required, a set fee per week will be charged. The cost will depend on the size of the property and for how long you need to extend the staging. We can discuss this with you at the initial consultation.
How much will it cost to stage my property and when do you require payment?
Because every property is different, we can’t give an accurate quote until after the initial consultation. We then aim to have all quotes sent within 2 business days. The cost will depend on how big the property is and how much furniture, accessories and artwork is required.
We require full payment 2 business days prior to the day of install.

We accept Direct Credit, Debit Card and Credit Card payments.
Who is responsible for the furniture and accessories while the property is staged?
While the furniture is staged in your property it will be insured by The Style Collective's comprehensive insurance. Although any damages caused by lack of care by the client will result in the insurance excess being applied to the final invoice.
Can I live at the property while it is staged?
Unfortunately not, although it may be inviting after the staging is complete you cannot live at the property when it is fully staged. If we have arranged partial staging, you may be able to live at the property, but you cannot use the furniture. This will be discussed at the initial consultation.
Can I help to make furniture selections?
If you have any specific requirements for a space we are happy to work with you to select particular furniture items. But on the most part we like to work independently to ensure the whole concept comes together cohesively.
